We are changing K-12 data analytics and
Transforming the Education Landscape
We focus on what matters most
K-12 Dynamics was created by Go IT Services to focus entirely on education and improving student performance. With an extensive background in custom IT solutions and expertise in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, we believe data analytics has the ability to transform education. Our mission is to make data analytics affordable, fun, and accessible to every school district—not just the large schools with deep pockets. And when educators have access to useful data, amazing things can happen.
Go IT Services is an established company with a 15-year history of transacting business. A good indicator of our reputation and financial stability is our cooperative contract status with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). Under contract for DIR, we have served Texas government and other public institutions since 2007. Our financial stability and customer satisfaction ratings are vetted by DIR for the purpose of certifying our company and establishing formal IT services contracts: Deliverable Based IT Services (which includes a specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing) and Comprehensive Web Design and Development, Management, and Hosting.
In 2009, a large school district in the Houston area hired our company to build a data warehouse and dashboard solution. It wasn’t long before we realized that, although BI has been business critical to most industries for over a decade, the education sector was lagging far behind in the data analytics arena.
Our passion for all things data soon became a passion for bringing data analytics to the K-12 education market.
Our team uses a set of proven agile methodologies that guide our work in every engagement. We are committed to balancing leading-edge technology innovation with structured processes that yield a cost-effective, reliable, secure, and adaptive solution. We have been told that our dashboard solution is the most flexible, modern, and user-friendly dashboard solution on the market.
During implementation, we work with your business and IT staff to identify detailed requirements and relevant source systems to meet the requirements, and to configure automated data file transfers to populate the data warehouse and keep it updated daily. Implementation work is performed by experienced K-12 Dynamics staff members with a dedicated project manager to oversee the implementation from beginning to end, as well as on-site training prior to full deployment.
